On top of everything you receive from me you still can earn stock in the company the same 3 ways. One by closing your first transaction every year and when you hit your $16,000 cap. Two you can opt in to receive 5% of every commission check back in company stock at a 10% discount. The Third way to get stock in the company is if you become an icon agent. When you ICON you get your cap back in company stock.
